IELTS Requirements:
7.0 Bands Overall, No Less Than 6.5 (If the student has 6.0 bands overall, no less than 6.0, the student can opt for an ELC – English Language and Culture program (Additional Fee of $ 2500 CAD Approx.)
Important Remarks:
• Conditional applications are possible on the basis of the student’s Passport, 10th and 11th mark sheets/transcripts as well as IELTS Test Date Booking Confirmation Letter. Colour Scanned Documents Required.Application Processing Time – 1 to 2 Weeks (maximum). Only strong Undergraduate profiles are accepted.
• 1st Year of the 4-Year Bachelor Degree at SFU can be pursued at FIC
• 12th Science students should have a minimum 65% overall aggregate in 12th, with no less than% in core subjects for Engineering programs (Maths-70%). For Computer related programs,minimum 50% in 12th Maths accepted. If the student does not have Maths in 12th, the College provides the First Year Maths Class (Students of 12th Biology Group receive the LOA of Faculty of Communication Arts and Technology).
• 12th Arts/Humanities and 12th Commerce students should have a minimum 60% overall in 12th,with no less than 60% in 4 core subjects.
• For transfer into SFU’s Undergraduate Degree, the student needs to have an average CGPA of3.2 out of 4.5
• Airport Pick-Up Facility available. Also, the students can opt for shuttle buses to Burnaby from Vancouver International Airport.
